I am passionate about helping people manage their stress, reach their goals and find their true self. As a coach & sounding board, active listener or yoga & energy guide, individuals of all ages will find access to the answers that are waiting to be found within them, through various forms of strategic questioning, goal-setting, meditation, art, energy work, music, essential oils and yoga.
I strongly believe that we are our own experts, however, sometimes our best efforts get blocked by self-doubt and the loud noises of life that get in our way on our paths to our greatest goals; our truest passions. There are many ways to get to those answers, however, my focus is on compassionate techniques to quiet the mind, calm the heart, release negative energy & call positive energy to cultivate alignment, peace and strength in the body.
The cause and manifestation of stress might change, but the repercussions of stress continue to compound through the various transitions in our human lives. Stress is normal, but the human body isn't meant to hold onto this stress. It is our human brains, hearts & bodies that have forgotten how to either use stress to our benefit or let it go. Join me at any stage of your journey through life, but especially when you need a friendly face, a guided meditation, a sounding board, art, an action plan, aromatherapy or a yoga flow to transform objects in your way, float over hurdles you weren't expecting and embrace & transmute challenges you haven't quite figured out on your own.

I was personally introduced to yoga and meditation in Los Angeles in 2001 and have never looked back. At the time, I was the director of a volunteer center and leadership programming at a university in Southern California. I tied my love for community building and service-learning with art through a masters program in Public Art Studies. Once I finished my program, I moved from LA to New Hampshire to co-open a scrapbooking store, during which my yoga practice intensified. As I grew in my yoga, I also grew my understanding of the importance of building relationships & community through shared service, art, healing and yoga. I soon realized that building community through yoga and the arts made me better at everything I did, from swimming, biking and kayaking, to being a better co-owner, mentor, family member and friend. I received my 200-hour yoga teacher certification from the Kripalu School of Yoga in Western Massachusetts & Professional Coaching certification through UNH fulfilling the next step in my journey towards the goal of bringing success, wellness, stress management & yoga to the seacoast, 4 the REST of US!
