I teach to the people in the room - all levels, all bodies . . .
~Vinyasa/Flow yoga, a method of yoga movements creating a flowing sequence of moving your body in coordination with the breath guiding you to the present moment . . .
~Gentle/Beginner Vinyasa/Flow yoga, same as above, however slow it down and stick to the basics, add a Restorative pose at the end to seal it all in.
~Restorative yoga, a "zero" flow series of various reclined poses held for 5-20 minutes to soothe the nervous system and restore energy & balance to the body - uses bolsters, blocks and blankets.
