AROMATOUCH TECHNIQUE
I had no idea what to expect when working with Michelle. I've had lots of body work and energy work done in the past, so I'm familiar with different modalities. I also regularly use essential oils. But the AromaTouch technique was like nothing I've ever experienced. I felt so calm and relaxed throughout the entire process, and afterwards I felt like all my tension had melted away. It was as though my nervous system had been completely reset!
I am a nutritionist and often see clients struggle with stress, which negatively impacts their health. Some people are wound so tightly that they don't even know where to begin to unwind themselves. THIS is where you can begin! I will for sure recommend Michelle's AromaTouch to clients dealing with stress and tension issues.
